This unit has two bedrooms which can accomodate up to five guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

We are the middle unit in a block of three, and the driveway is shared with neighbours which means unfortunately no on-site parking.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

Difficult to make contact with host.Access delayed for 1 hour.The whole place was filthy.Windows haven’t been cleaned for a very long time.Glasses and cups/mugs stained and showing fingerprints.Cutlery also.Vinyl floors sticky and unwashed.Entry ranchslider difficult to operate.Carpet appears to not have been cleaned for some time.Toilet didn’t flush properly.Had to pour water into bowl to clear it.

Great location

The unit is in a great location. Close to the beach, supermarket and walking distance to 'The Island' restaurant which is fantastic. Matt was really easy to communicate with and the check in was really easy. Will have to come back in the summer when its a little warmer.

Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. Thanks Matt for a lovely stay :)
