The large backyard suits both recreation and work vehicles, while the front deck offers a relaxing spot with partial lake and mountain views.

The highlight of our property is the large backyard, ideal for parking smaller boats and extra vehicles, as well as for family activities like cricket. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals together, and the front deck offers lovely views of the mountain and lake, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
In addition to the upstairs, the downstairs self contained unit has kitchenette with microwave, air fryer, fridge, hob, toaster and kettle. It also has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Located just a short distance from town and the lake, you’ll have easy access to all Taupo has to offer. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, our home is the perfect base for your family getaway.
Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, the downstairs studio, the spacious living areas, and the well-equipped kitchen. The large backyard is yours to enjoy, complete with plenty of space for parking boats and extra vehicles. You can enter the home via the backyard, which has a single-level entry for easy access. Great location
Great location for our event close to the Napier/Taupo Road. Nice quiet area with spacious living and dining area which was good for our larger group. Private back yard which was great for parking and securing our gear. Good communication with the property managers.
