Clean modern Room

Room was clean, modern, shower was great. There was tea and coffee and a good sized tv although Spanish channels. Staff were very friendly. There was food available although I opted not to eat there.

Far, from a 4 star hotel.

This hotel advertises as a a 4 star hotel but in reality the place is a 2.5 star hotel on its best day. The rooms are out of date and need remodeling. The breaksfast wait staff need customer service training. Again, this are things you would not see in a 4 star hotel. If you are looking to book a 4 star hotel, save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

Clean but basic

Secure parking which was good - staff were very “Covid conscious”. Keys card was sanitised ID cards were sanitised before being given back. Breakfast buffet was only handled by the waiter so again felt safe - not worth the money though. The room had been smoked in which was not pleasant and as we didn’t check in until late we didn’t tell them until morning but they did apologise and said they would have swapped the room had we told them

Service and staff very good. The gym was excellent lots of decent equipment. The pool was lovely space and very clean. Easy to get buses to tarragona city. Very frequent. Only bad thing is the bed is very hard. So i did not sleep well

I loved the staff, extremely helpful and so nice. Restaurant was excellent. Everything about the hotel was fantastic apart from the location. Right next door to a car wash which was extremely noisy all the time.

Average at best and next to a car dealership

The hotel is basically like a chain hotel ie... Holiday Inn or travel lodge, the beds look big but are very uncomfortable, they are hard and you can feel the springs ALL night, the location is close to nowhere, and is in a very industrial part of Tarragona, if it's your first time to Tarragona don't let this hotel be your first impression.. we fell in love with the city, just not the hotel and it was not value for money at all. The staff are friendly which is good, but the gym was out of action and we were not notified until we red it in the lift on the way to the room and this is one of the reasons why we actually booked this hotel. So as you can imagine we are not very happy. And to top off our experience, the hotel decided to dig up the concrete area with a digger outside our room on both of the days we stopped there as they are clearly doing something to the carpark and it started at 9am both mornings. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Do not book this hotel if you're on holiday, it's in the wrong area, it's not comfortable and it was not value for money.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Good sized room. Large enough bathroom. Friendly staff always happy to help. They even scheduled a taxi to the airport. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again if I get a chance.

Decent 2 star Motel is more accurate.

The hotel is misrepresented by far. This is not a 4 star quality hotel $300+. The front desk staff is very helpful, very sweet and kind. However, this hotel is very far and hard to be reached unless you have a car. So definitely not the place for tourists. The amenities of the room are nothing better than a 2 star hotel. Toiletries are in plastic baggies, there is no coffee in the room, no bottled water unless you buy one for 1,5 Euro. The hotel is nice and clean but it's incredibly simple and plain. No free shuttle service or anything alike. I was rather disappointed at Hotels.com because when I booked it, the "original" price was over $300 but "the secret" price so called special for a gold member was around $70. Plus seeing that it's rated as 4 star I though it was a heck of a deal. Well, not the case in reality, Found that discrepancy to be quite deceiving either from hotels.com or the hotel itself. Button line, not too happy with our stay.
