The advertised parking was “full”. The front staff was very rude about the parking being full. My husband is handicapped and they claimed the there was no parking left in the garage. Clearly they had let non handicap people or employees park in the garage. And by the way, at 6 am (when employee shift was over), there were 14 spots open! He told us we had to park elsewhere. We found a parking lot and the next morning we found out it was not 24 hrs and could not get to our vehicle until the following morning at 9am. That is not their fault but my husband was very upset. I asked if they could at least comp us the few drinks we had charged to the room from the lobby bar. We were going to have to pay for another night at the hotel and loose the reservation we had at our next destination. He was very rude and would not even contact the manager since it was “not his fault”. This is not Marriott standard. I will be contacting Marriott.
