Villa del Mar is a pleasant villa located in the heart of the Alemanes Cove mountain, with one of the best bird's-eye views in the area.



When we enter the property, we find in its layout: living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry room, two complete bathrooms. In addition to three double bedrooms. One of them with a 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom, another with a 150cm bed and the third with two single beds of 90cm.



The exterior of the property is undoubtedly the crown jewel. From its covered barbecue porch where you can enjoy countless family evenings outdoors, to its lush gardens with palm trees, fountains and paths leading to a viewpoint where you can see the most impressive mountain sunrises.



The swimming pool deserves special mention as, in addition to its views of the Camarinal Lighthouse, it is strategically built into the natural rock, making it truly unique and special.



Villa del Mar is the ideal place for those seeking to spend a few days in absolute tranquillity in an unparalleled paradise setting.



- The use of the barbecue is free of charge. However, it is mandatory to leave it clean after use. In the event that it is left dirty, 100 € will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Das Haus liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel mit Blick zum Meer. Zum Meer gelangt man zu Fuss, allerdings ist der Weg etwas steil.
