In a paradise-like area such as Playa de los Alemanes and just a few metres from Camarinal Lighthouse, Villa Fare Miti stands as the "House of the Sea" for those who choose this point on the map as their home.In its almost 3,000m2 plot, vegetation abounds, the green of its trees and the cacti that are so peculiar but add so much personality. The house, with a whitewashed facade, has 448m2 of built surface. We can access the dwelling from several points, as is logical, one of its accesses is the carefully tended entrance located at the rear of the house and whose main door already anticipates the character of the dwelling; another access is located on the side and leads inside through a small, bright courtyard. The third access is situated on the porch, at the front of the property and at the foot of the swimming pool.Once inside the house, it is inevitable to notice the welcoming character provided by the contrasts of wood, vegetation and furniture. The entrance leads us to the front of a spacious and bright living room, from which it is imperative to highlight the Japanese garden with natural bamboo, the pleasant living room with fireplace, the spacious dining area and the cosy sitting room with views of Camarinal Lighthouse.In the East wing from the entrance distributor, organised by a corridor, we come across a comfortable toilet, a laundry area, access to the small patio that leads to the exterior of the dwelling and, lastly, the fully equipped kitchen bathed in natural light. The kitchen shares the magnificent Japanese garden which gives spaciousness and luminosity to the space. From the kitchen, one can also access the dining area.In the West wing of the dwelling, we find a glazed corridor that provides access on the left to the porch and at the back to an independent area of the dwelling with three double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two with a fully equipped shared bathroom. The porch can be closed thanks to vertical awnings installed in the three arches accessing the pool area; the spacious area offers multiple opportunities for its distribution and functionality.If we go up the spiral staircase located at the entrance, we will access the upper floor where we find the main suite with air conditioning that has a spacious bathroom and a comfortable dressing room. In addition, the main bedroom enjoys a balcony with magnificent views and a terrace area sheltered from the wind.From every corner of this property, the views are a gift, but above all, if we access the roof of the west wing from the back garden, we will be able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and never tire of looking at the sea and the extensive Playa de los Alemanes.Right at the entrance of the villa, we find a completely independent studio, which houses a double bedroom with an office kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.In the garden, next to the pool area, we find a chill-out space with outdoor furniture to enjoy the infinite views and marvellous sunsets.The entire house has radiator heating.All around the property, a perfect and well-maintained garden with automatic irrigation at its different levels extends. In the high area of the property, we can find a pergola built to serve as a covered garage for a vehicle.In this corner of the world where peace reigns, this house is a jewel. Its construction, its care, and the pampering it has been given over the years make this opportunity turn into a gift. The views, the beach, and a house in paradise. What more could we ask for?The rental price includes 3 hours of cleaning per day, 3 days a week. (On working days).Rental prices include 10% VAT.- Air conditioning only in dining area, in main bedroom and in exterior apartment- Barbecue use is free. However, it is mandatory to leave it clean after use. If left dirty, 100 € will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.- Free WIFI- Pets are allowed with an additional supplement.For any other additional service, please consult us.

Una experiencia increíble

La casa es preciosa, decorada con mucho gusto y muy bien mantenida. Las estancias son amplias y todo es muy cómodo. Las vistas al mar son increíbles y la puesta de sol unica. La casa está bien equipada y el servicio es muy bueno, respondieron con rapidez a todas nuestras peticiones. Tiene buen acceso a la playa, se tardan 10min andando. Lo único que deberían mejorar es el aire acondicionado. La mayoría de habitaciones no tiene y tampoco hay en las zonas comunes y en días de calor los ventiladores no son suficientes. En general muy recomendable. Si podemos repetiremos.
