Le Sofitel joue normalement dans la cour des hĂŽtels de luxe qui affichent un haut standing, et c’est lĂ  que ça pĂȘche. Je suis restĂ©e 3 nuits dans cet hĂŽtel. Le tourquinet automatique n’a pas fonctionnĂ© pendant tout le sĂ©jour. Normalement, un doorman aurait dĂ» ouvrir la porte pour les gens mais c’était assez alĂ©atoire (voir quasiment inexistant). Le refill du cafĂ© n’est pas systĂ©matique, il faut le demander. Sauf un hĂŽtel affiche une chambre Ă  5000 dh la nuit, tu ne t’attends pas Ă  devoir quĂ©mander le cafĂ©. On ne parle pas du checkout. Le personnel de la rĂ©ception est top. Mais autant Ă  l’arrivĂ©e tu as quelqu’un pour porter tes valises, autant qu’au moment du check out, c’est le nĂ©ant. Si ça arrive dans un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles lambda, je n’aurais pas relevĂ© , mais quand vous affichez un tel standing, c’est une pure dĂ©ception.
