A fuire , j ai reservé cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h à 15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse…. Resultat aucune possibilité d’acceder au logement que j ai payé , deux heures a patienter avec des personnes agés dans une voiture apres un long voyage et pour finir un refus de me rembourser. C’est pas honnete , j ai finis par louer a une personne de la meme residence.
