Before leaving to get breakfast, my wife left the clothes she was going to wear later in the day in the closet. After coming back, her blouse was stolen. We made sure to check all around the room before mentioning this to the front desk. They simply said that since we had “Do not Disturb” sign hanging, that no one should’ve entered our room and that they would update us on the situation. I received no update and again went to the front desk where a different set of employees said that they weren’t made aware of this. They assured me they would get in contact with their manager who would later contact me about the situation. I never received any update about if someone went into our room. I also wasn’t shown any surveillance, despite cameras being located near our room, or any confirmation that no one entered our room. Ultimately, the issue was ignored and I would be cautious about keeping your belongings at this hotel. There was also an issue with parking. Although it’s available, they won’t let anyone park there and you’ll need to park in the street for 40 dirhams daily. The entrance of the hotel also had a strong sewer smell.

We only needed a room for one night as we were arriving late from Fes and leaving early the next morning for Spain. The location was very convenient and their is a parking garage directly across the street which was really nice! The room was extremely basic. Four beds lined up with a long counter and TV. The tv remote didn't work but we were so tired we didn't care. The room was very clean and bed were comfortable so we were fine. If you just need a basic, no frills, safe place to stay, than this is great.

An Okay stay for the price

This property was about a 15 minute walk from the port of Tangier Ville along the marina. Rooms are freshly painted and clean. The windows however do not lock which was a concern for us. The front desk quickly changed our room to a larger room with a window (didn’t lock either but had bars). It was Ramadan so food was scarce in the area (forget about breakfast) and we were awakened by the sounds of drums and chanting at about 4am. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
