The entertainment/lounge room has a 55” TV and comfortable lounge seating for 4 to 5 people, and a curated bookcase for the occasional literary escape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and four plate cooktop. A new pod-type coffee machine, electric kettle and four slice toaster is there as well. The small bathroom features a new toilet and a generous shower. There is also a new washing machine which doubles as a dryer in a separate area. Off the kitchen there is a small grassy backyard with seating for 4-5 people. There is off-street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking surrounding the address.
