This lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is conveniently located next to Midtown and SoHo district!
Centralized around the best of Tampa Bay, situated in an upmarket family-friendly residential neighborhood. Very close to Downtown, South Tampa, Tons of restaurants, & much more!

The home was Built in 1964 and has been recently remodeled inside and out, from top to bottom,
with new flooring, new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, and a marble tile shower/tub combination. The tub is a whirlpool jet model with 8 jet sprays! The outside hosts a gas grill, and a patio table with chairs.

All bedrooms have brand-new beds, mattresses, bedding sets, dressers, and nightstands. All rooms are cozy but designed cosmetically differently with dark shades and modern-style decorations.

A decorative living room with customized lighting, housing a huge Smart TV, and a variety of games.

The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a Keurig machine.

There is alos video surveillance on the exterior of the house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The neighborhood was interesting but quiet. The interior was very clean and tasteful in decor. The propane tanks were empty so unable to use outdoor fire place. Any the water pressure a little low. The biggest disappointment was the outside area which was poorly kept up. Jason was very responsive and answered any questions. The location was a little further from downtown than expected.

The host did a good job renovating this old property. It was well-appointed and great for an overnight airport stay. The neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy, but we weren’t bothered. I would suggest adding deadbolts to the doors. They only had handle latch locks.

Everything was easy with no problems. Although there for a short time, appreciated the location, comfortable bed, huge tv (and lights), thoughtful snacks, and fair price. The place is small but so much nicer and quieter than a hotel! Thank you!

Inside of the house is beautiful! Neighborhood cats were friendly! Barbecue grill and outdoor fireplace but no propane. Neighborhood felt a bit scary with bars on windows, homeless people nearby, and some homes with junk like couches etc in their yard but homeowner really was helpful in explaining the history of the area, back ground information on neighbors, and large item trash removal happening soon (the reason for homes having extra junk outside) I will say the one thing we did not like when staying here was the thermostat. Not being able to make our stay in the house comfortable temps was difficult to sleep. Temp was 76. Being from Michigan, that’s a miserable temperature to be sleeping at. The house had keurig and pods and creamer and sugar! They also provided lots of catalogs for things to do in the Tampa area as well as the history of Tampa. They have neat lights installed that follow along with the tv music, and motion light in the bathroom! Overall this was a great house with fantastic owners. I would suggest everyone who comes to the area to stay here

Thank you so much for being great host, our stay was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and linens very soft. Centrally located to everything we needed to get to. We had breakfast at Metro Diner which was 4 miles away ,we were only 20 minutes from Moffitt which was our reason for staying in Tampa. The three bedrooms made it accommodating for family to have privacy with each room having its own tv . We will be booking again. Thank you, Diana
