2nd Floor: Two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a smart TV in each, and a full bathroom.
Exterior: Fully enclosed, extra deep HEATED pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, a roll-away pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, barstools and food counter with pass-thru windows to the kitchen, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for 6. Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, with your own unique front door and security system pin code. All other codes will be disabled during your stay. There are security cameras on the front exterior, the doorbell, and the pool.

• A security deposit hold of $500 must be paid 2 days prior to check-in
• A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in
• Photo ID must be uploaded for CC holder / signing guest before check-in
• Pet fee of $175 per pet per stay required. Max 2 pets.
