The apartment extremely luxurious and spacious, it's also in the BEST area in downtown Tampa, central to EVERYTHING!

Directly downstairs there's a CVS, Starbucks, 3 bars, and plenty of restaurants. It's also a 5 minute walk to The Tampa Edition, Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Publix, Water Street, & so much more!

Our place has FAST Wifi, Netflix, gym, pool, hot tub, in unit washer/ dryer, balcony &MORE

*No pets, smoking or parties

Totally unexpectedly, host canceled my stay the day before claiming “natural disaster” and saying they were having plumbing issues all month long.

Tampa Spartan race

Originally I was very nervous because the address on VRBO was showing a hotel. Contacted the owner through messaging and didn't receive a response, however when I called, she gave me very good information and set my mind at ease. Check in was all accurate and very easy. The only thing that I was not prepared for was there were no bath towels. There were hand towels that I found that I could use, but no larger baths towels. The neighborhood was great! I went to the Irish pub for dinner and the food was good:) There is a CVS store you can get anything you need from, I stopped there to get some breakfast items. There were lots of pillows and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice and it was perfect weather to step outside. If I had had more time I would have definitely used the pool. Overall, a very good stay.
