Christmas in Tampa
We knew the approximate location of this rental when we booked as our daughter lives about 2 minutes away.
We wanted to be in the area for a few days for all the family day festivities and still have the comforts of our evening rituals alone. We enjoy our solitude just relaxing reading a book or watching TV or playing computer games once the sun goes down. This rental served that purpose beautifully!
Quaint! Charming! Loved! Quiet! Safe! Clean! Comfortable! Highly functional!
These are all words that aptly describe our first impression and our experience staying there for 3 nights.
“ Be your guest!” Should be the motto of every host, in our opinion. Lavoria and Frankie certainly know how to do that! They thought of everything.
This apartment is as pictured in all the photos.
I wish photos and words could capture the “feel” of it. Perhaps sharing what I remarked to my husband when the front door first swung open would help. I looked at him and said with a smile “This is going to be the perfect place to spend this Christmas!”

Amazing location in south Tampa
We can to Tampa to visit our son at Univ of Tampa.
This is our second time in this property and it was fantastic again. Very close to an amazing coffee shop and a short drive to anything we need. A bonus is Bayshore Drive and the amazing walking and recreation path it has. We really like this location as a hub for Tampa activities. Also some amazing personal touches for our visit that made us feel immediately at home. Thank you so much for a quiet, peace filled stay.
