Gorgeous lakefront home overlooking Lake Thonotosassa, where you can enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking and the beautiful views! This two story home offers a view of the lake from almost any window, as well as a fenced in backyard. Amenities include a PRIVATE POOL, a fire pit you can cozy up to located frontside to the property, game room, and even an indoor mini basketball court! Enjoy warm sunsets or sunrises off the dock.
The space
This home offers a large kitchen overlooking the living room, master bedroom featuring a walk in closet, spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower feature. A second downstairs bedroom with access to the pool area along with a separate full bath. The upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed as well as a walk in closet. Additionally, a game room that can double as a private bedroom with a pull out couch and locking shaded doors. Both rooms share a shower and bathroom located between both rooms.
Other things to note
We do allow pets at this property but we greatly appreciate knowing your pets limitations and habits. There is a fenced in backyard however is is possible for a pet to dig under the fence. There is an outside covered kennel on the back of the house. If a pet is not used to new environments or traveling, we recommend keeping them outside while not accompanied. Our $50 a trip pet fee goes directly into cleaning, allowing the next guests to enjoy the house without any signs of a previous animal on the property.

As of December 2024, since hurricane Milton our dock sustained damage and may not be usable.
