me & my family loved everything about this stay! The Host communication was great. Very relaxed & quiet neighborhood. The living room was very spacious , rooms organized , & kitchen look was my fav! I would definitely recommend staying here & would love to come again!

Looks are deceiving

The property was exceptionally clean and in a good neighborhood close to everything. However my family and I did not enjoy our stay there. At first the check in process was stressful. We drove 7 hours to get there and the host would not give the door code. He then wanted an early check in fee which he stated on the way there. Once we arrived there was no running water. We had to wait 4 1/2 hours before we got water. There was no extras to motivate me to come back.

We came to town for the state bmx race.. this property was close to the track and many restaurants! Very clean, the beds were soooo cozy... it was perfect for what we needed

Rivervier property with potential

The location is beautiful. The house we stood at has a lot of potential. It is spacious and a nice layout but it could have been much more clean. The bed in one of the besrooms were broken, the driveway needs some lighting because you can't see when you arrive late, the dining room chair legs were all breaking and we used folding chairs that were in the garage, no garbage bags were left behind for our week stay so we had to buy some. The garage door wouldn't open, we had to contact host and then figure out how to fix it ourselves. On the plus side the pool is righ next door, there are plenty of stores and places to eat and the area is really nice. Like i metioned earlier the place has potential. If the host gives it a good cleaning, updates the furniture and leaves basic supplies behind for use while you stay at the property it woul be great.

Summer stay

We had a wonderful experience at this location. It had a great view, the pool was right next door. It was in a safe nieghborhood and had everything we needed. We were there visiting extended family and often cooked there and spent most of the time at the house. Some of us worked ans there was a desk we could use. We didnt feel crowded and it worked well.
