This property was a fast makeover construction wise. Alot of things were covered up. The floors were filthy, you couldn't adjust the air, and i had to go searching upstairs for a comforter for the bed downstairs because it just had a fitted sheet on it. We chose it cause it was close to the port in Tampa, Fl for our cruise and we could all be together. The area around was the ghetto.

Pictures misleading

The property looks great from the photos. Location is close to ports and shopping however the house was lacking. The area is not safe for my girls. Lots of drugs and people on drugs in the neighborhood. On our way out, we saw someone passed out on the road. For the money paid for the house rental, we expected a bit more. The sofas were stained. The mattresses were bargain basement mattresses. The mattresses was squeaking every time you turned or moved on the bed. The bedsheets and pillow cases were very scratchy. Kitchen utensils were minimal. Cockroaches found all over the house. Very poor water pressure in the showers. We booked a rental with 2 bathrooms because we were 5 people but we could only use the bathroom on the main floor because the upstairs bathroom had no water pressure at all. Dried stains all over the sofas. Flooring was uneven throughout the house. No exhaust in the bathrooms. No soap for the dishwasher. No laundry detergent. Took us an entire day to find the washer/dryer which was outside the house with a key. Grass was not cut. Broken tree branches in the back yard and were being cleaned up when we were checking out. Will NOT stay here ever again.

Tampa Cruise

Location was great for the cruise. 8 minutes to the terminal. The house is an older house with plenty of room. A/C could have been better but not terrible. Definitely wouls recommend.

Ok Stay, but could have been better!

Whomever the owner uses, need to pay close attention to details. The towels that were provided, were folded neatly in the bathroom closet but were WET (as if they weren't allowed to dry completely). Ice maker did not work. Iron not provided. Neighborhood was not the best, but the neighbors were friendly. Exterior of home is well lit. Floors has some cracks in the tiled floors. For the most part the owner is good about communication but failed to issue of the missing iron. We had fun and the home served it's purpose. 5/31/24-6/2/24

Bad experience

The area is not at all safe. And we spent 30 minutes on the porch trying to access the house with a door lockbox that would not work. We felt entirely unsafe the whole time. There was no phone number to call the owner to fix the problem so we had to leave, at 9pm, to get a hotel room elsewhere last minute, which of course was expensive.
