Everything! Host , amenities, your assistance in this matter . I literally spent my 4 day vacation/ wedding weekend dealing with a bad rental situation and received no help from Vbro and no help from the host. I was a prisoner in an inadequate situation. Lied to over and over again the the problem would be resolved . I want this listing removed

This place was extremely disappointing when we got there we walked in the door tried to turn on light switch by door and the switch did not work we used our mobile phone light to find kitchen light which worked it was a ceiling lite that only had 1 working bulb 1st thing i did was look in fridge to make sure it was cold and working found out bottom drawers in fridge would not open and kitchen floor was not clean check out cabinets 5 plates one bowl there was some glasses and cups looked for silverware and drawer was dirty no cabinets or drawer looked like they were ever clean the silverware was put away dirty so i was now really curious about the bed room floors dirty bed was cleaned linens were changed and two towels were left on bed which were still damp no wash clothes no hand towels only 1 roll of toilet paper left t
showing this light switch and fan did not work chains were missing for fixture so there was no entrance light
Furnace filter was so full dust we bought new filter
Dust hung from all door tops and louvers
Dust and dirt along all for bases etc.
