Communication with owner was good. Not a lot of options for cooking pans and such. A large amount of towels and kids pool toys. All beds were comfortable. Street is quiet except some dogs close by were barking but not constant. 6 adults plus 1 3 yr old stayed and we were all comfortable.

Family Wedding

We had the family come together for my son’s wedding (6 adults n 3 kids). It was the perfect place for us to get together. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults sat around n visited. We’re currently in 3 different cities so this special weekend was highlighted by the house. I highly recommend this home, very nice n the host was great!!

Quiet location, good space for family

We traveled with four teenagers and loved that this house gave us room to spread out. It took us a minute to figure out that the 3rd bathroom was outside by the pool but the house had plenty of space for 6 of us. The neighborhood is quiet but there's not much to do nearby; we spent a lot of time in the car. Tymmothy was very communicative when checking in with us or asking that we take out the trash, but failed to respond when I asked how to lock the back door; I felt uneasy all week knowing we were leaving the house unlocked the whole time. The house could have been cleaner; basic cleaning was done but there was a lot of dirt around the baseboards, esp. in the bathrooms. Towels had bleach stains. The beds were comfortable and bedding was soft, though I think it was washed in dishsoap as it smelled like Dawn. Overall, the house was acceptable but I wouldn't stay there again.

Great location

The pool temperature was absolutely perfect!! We enjoyed being outdoors.my grandson spent one night and loved the bunk beds. We ate out ; therefore ; we can't comment on the kitchen but they had plenty of well stocked pool ware and toys.The sheets and bed were pleasant. The bathrooms are in need of a detailed clean and we received messages before our arrival about putting trash out and then searching in the darkness to complete the task. Only to get further messages two days later to pig more trash out and we did not have any trash during our stayIt was from previous guest

Wedding Weekend

We chose this house because it was nearby to a wedding we were attending for the weekend! It ended up being in a great location, with easy access to all the places we needed to go. The house was in great condition and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

A Grand Birthday Weekend

This location was in a quiet quaint neighborhood perfect for a birthday getaway. We celebrated my mother’s 60th and it went very well. Communication was excellent. I will say the kitchen could have been cleaner. The rooms were well prepared and the patio space was very convenient. We arrived just a day after a hurricane and from the onset of determination that it was heading our way the owner communicated with me very well. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Nice rooms with great mattresses, great neighborhood to run or walk in, plenty of seating in livingroom and table - just needs a few things in the kitchen like a can opener, wood spoons to cook and some bowls to serve note: pool doesn’t have a bar to get in at steps - but overall great place

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was as described, clean and roomy. Location was great and close to local restaurants, groceries and convenience stores. Kids really enjoyed the pool as the water temperature was perfect. Would highly recommend staying.

Great house in Apollo

The property has been recently updated so everything was clean, very well decorated, and as expected from the pictures. The pool area and lanai were nice to hang out in. The only minor ding I’d give it is there aren’t any loungers by the pool! Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to be able to lay out there. Other than that, it’s a great house in a quiet location!
