No otorgaron el desayuno incluido
Se ofrecia desayuno incluido. Pero no fue asi. Escribi a atencion al cliente y al final ofrecieron que pagara y enviara el recibo para un reembolso por Hotels.com Sin embargo, en el lugar por las fechas de asueto, no estaba operativo el restaurant y menos para las horas de desayuno y el recibo probablemente no cumpliria las minimas condiciones para reembolso. La limipeza no se ofreció a las 24 horas.
