Located in beautiful Playa Langosta, this 4BR/4.5BA villa is new to the rental market and completing renovations by the end of March 2020. Full renovation with the addition of a bathroom, new linens, paint, curtains, fixtures, furnishings and art. The villa is a light and bright contemporary yet luxurious style. The house is 3300 square feet and is comprised of 3 levels. The first floor is an open concept and features the living room, a half bath, the kitchen, dining area and laundry room . The second floor houses three of the bedrooms and the 3rd floor is the fourth bedroom and a balcony with gorgeous ocean views.. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The house has been tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and amenities. The art work has been procured from local Costa Rican artists and the wood work is hand made from a local wood artisan. There are three stories of glass windows for breathtaking views that overlook the private pool, the ocean and the beautiful tropical gardens.

There are two spacious master suites. The first one is located on the third floor and features a king size bed, floor to ceiling windows and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a dual shower. The jetted tub is in front of large windows that give a breathtaking view of the ocean. This master suite also features a terrace with a beautiful sweeping ocean view. Here you can watch the sun set beautifully into the majestic Pacific Ocean, savor a quiet moment at night underneath the stars or catch up on your reading, while sipping on a cup of Costa Rican coffee and listening to the nearby birds and howler monkeys. The second floor master suite also features a king size bed, a huge walk in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower. There is a smaller terrace off this bedroom overlooking the pool where you can relax and take in the beauty of the green palm trees and colorful beautiful birds that visit our back yard. The third bedroom, also located on the second floor has a king sized bed, spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower head. This room also has it's own seating area with a queen sized pull- out sofa and chair. The fourth bedroom, which is also on the second floor has a twin over full bunk bed, an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower head and walk in closet.

Prepare delicious meals or a frozen drink in the enormous fully equipped kitchen, while admiring the birds and butterflies out the floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and garden area. The living room features a comfortable large sectional, a seating bench, an oversized swivel chair, and 55” LCD Smart TV. The dining area can accommodate ten guests with six at the dining table and another four at the adjacent bar. You can also choose to dine al-fresco by the pool. Casa Puesta del Sol guests will enjoy the professionally maintained tropical gardens in the back yard that surround your very own private pool. Brand new rattan style pool furniture around the pool allows you to relax and soak in the sun with maximum comfort. A gas grill is also available for you to grill some delicious steaks or seafood.

Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 2 offers a private attached garage and alarm system for your ultimate security. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, several excellent local restaurants, and beautiful Playa Langosta (certified “Blue Flag” for water and beach quality). Tamarindo is just a mile away, available by car, taxi, or another short walk to the south end of the beach.
