The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.

Em termos gerais o estabelecimento é muito bom. A localização é excelente, a beira mar. O café da manhã é bem variado. Acho que o serviço de bar fica a desejar. Os preços fora da realidade do local. Muito caro. NO box do apto que fiquei a água não escoa para o ralo, causando o acúmulo de água, que é desagradável. Quanto ao quadro de funcionários a mesma é excelente.

Tivemos um problema com ar condicionado, não havia controle no quarto para ligá-lo e logo foi resolvido. Tive problemas com o sinal do wifi, fraco de quase inexistente no quarto que ficamos. Café da manhã excelente, mas não demore para usufruir pois nem tudo é reposto. Estrutura externa excelente, otima piscina, Praia ótima,limpa, sem ondas e praticamente privativa.

Excelente acomodação! O cheking estava marcado para as 14 horas, mas chegamos a cidade às 6 da manhã, entrei em contato com o estabelecimento e foram muito solícitos, disseram que poderíamos ficar na área da piscina e fazer uso dos banheiros, detalhe estávamos com nossa bebê de 4 meses. O cheking foi adiantado para as 11 horas. O quarto estava bem limpinho, a cama enorme. Colocaram um bercinho para nossa bebê. O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. O banheiro tudo muito limpo e funcionando perfeitamente. O café da maminha maravilhoso. Muita variedade e a comida super gostosa. Com certeza voltaremos.

É bom, mas pelo preço não vale o que oferece. O quarto sujo, o vaso sanitário também. O ar com vazamento na parede e um leve cheiro de mofo no quarto. Os edredons com um cheiro terrível e estavam soltando sujeira. A equipe cordial e o pessoal do estacionamento nos deu excelentes dicas. Piscina muito boa e localização também.

O quarto não possuía água quente no chuveiro, gerando um desconforto gigantesco. O café da manhã não tem opções e os alimentos oferecidos eram de baixíssima qualidade. Resumindo foi uma frustração total, o valor da diária cobrada era de se esperar algo bem melhor. Decepção total, não voltaria e não recomendo.

A cama é muito confortável, o ambiente externo é sensacional, a infraestrutura por si só sao excelentes, o cafe da manha também muito bem feito. A Yasmin da recepcao nos tratou de forma exemplar e um rapaz que trabalhava no cafe e na area externa pela manha(não me lembro o nome dele) nos acolheram e nos ofereceram uma experiencia ainda mais completa.
