Este rancho de mediados del siglo midtown tiene una cocina expansiva, recientemente renovada, perfecta para comidas de grupos grandes o cócteles extendidos horas. Con cuatro habitaciones separadas y tres baños, también hay mucho espacio para que todos puedan tener algo de privacidad. Esta es nuestra residencia principal, y tenemos hijos, por lo que notará "evidencia" de ellos en nuestro hogar, pero si lleva a los niños, ¡disfrutarán de todos los juguetes de nuestros hijos y actividades al aire libre! Wonderful Family Home

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal—peaceful yet close to local attractions. The hosts were friendly and responsive, providing a helpful guide to the house and area. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would love to return!

Great house and great host !! This was our second stay at the property, and again it was just as advertised. It offers plenty of room for the small gathering of old FSU friends that our host allowed. She was even so kind as to mail us a personal item that got left behind. It will be our first choice in accommodations for any stay in Tally !!

Incredible Location - Safe and Relaxing

I came to Tallahassee to enjoy a long weekend and celebrate my graduation from FSU. This house was a perfect fit for my needs, particularly the location, and the setting. I haven't rented many homes on VRBO, but in this instance, I was surprised to find that this home is fully stocked and occupied when not rented. This means that closets, dressers, and cabinets have personal items in them and that was a surprise for my group and took a day or so to adjust because we felt like we were invading someone else's space. I understand that is typical in Tallahassee, so I wanted to make sure others are aware.

One of the BEST!

This is our second time staying at this property and it’s one of the best properties we’ve stayed at, anywhere. The location is perfect, it’s on a main road but tucked up on a little hill. Easy to get to everything. The house itself is spacious and well appointed. A lot of updates have been done since our last stay 3 years ago and they have made this property even better. Beds are very comfortable, there is lots of room for everyone to gather together but also have their own space. The house was perfect for our family, including 4 older grandparents that were able to get around the one level home with ease. This house would be great for families with younger kids! Host was responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Midtown home away from home

This home has everything you want or need in a home. The kitchen is fully equipped with an expansive island. Big windows let in natural light and warmth. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is newly remodeled and very comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and was the perfect setting for our family event. The owner/host was friendly, hospitable and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our visit.

We needed a 4/3 for six people, and also needed a place which allowed small groups for our college friends to gather. Due the late gametime, we were unable to have a gathering, but the house would have been PERFECT for it !! The host was accessible and accommodating, the house was everything advertised, and we would certainly book there again.

Great weekend in Tally!

We had the best time staying at this home! We were in town for a college friend reunion and it was perfect. It was super clean and homey. Loved everything about it. Kitchen space was great for hanging out. Host was attentive and offered to provide coffee and snacks. We would definitely stay in this home again on another trip.

This was a great rental for our family to gather and celebrate my daughters graduation from FSU. Great location, great set up, plenty of room. Be aware that this is a family’s home- as in all of their belongings will be there, right down to their food and drinks in the refrigerator, dishes in the dishwasher, and laundry in the washing machine. It was not a problem at all, just somehow took me by surprise even though I think it’s mentioned on the listing or in the reviews. Do not let that stop you from staying here- it’s overall a really great rental and I will hopefully stay here again!

Wonderful Hosts, Wonderful Property

Our family from multiple locations met in Tally to meet its newest member and so happy we found this property to do so! The home had something for every member of our family. We loved browsing the photos and art. The kitchen had everything we needed! Amy is the perfect hostess, goes above and beyond, and is easy to communicate with! 5 stars all around!

Super lovely, beyond charming

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The property location is perfect; warm and friendly with a relaxing backyard and outdoor spaces. Very comfortable. The beds were just ok though and we wondered if there were pets on property at some point because my family had mild sneezing fits. I may have missed that part of the description though. Would also recommend adding blackout curtains to the front bedrooms. There was a hopefully rare accident on the road in front of the house and the emergency lights definitely bounced around the rooms late at night. These are minor things to my mind. We would stay again and thought the space and the hosts were beyond charming!
