Wonderful home with great access

This home was close to Talkeetna but also convenient for breaking up the drive between Denali and Anchorage. We were accommodated when we asked for a slightly earlier check in even though we ended up not coming until the original check in time.

Awesome!

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. It is a well decorated, well equipped, well cared for home that has a very cozy feel to it. It had absolutely everything we needed for our 3 generation stay of 7 people. We ate at the nearby Denali Brewing one night where they happened to have live entertainment and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great in every way!

Visiting from Michigan my wife and I stayed here with my daughter and son-in-law from Anchorage. The house was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was also well stocked.The setting in the woods was tranquil, and it wasn't far from Talkeetna. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Beautiful private house in natural setting

Way better than we expected

Pulled up, got in no problem, very cleaned. Looks brand new. Everything inside was perfect. A lot of unexpected extras. I like paper towel toilet paper, laundry detergent. Dish soap coffee creamer full kitchen. If we knew how nice it was there and some of the cool attractions in the area, we might have stayed there a little bit longer. Definitely a surprise and a welcome one. I would recommend this place to everyone and if I come back.We'll be staying again

We booked here for a short stay on our way from Anchorage to Denali. Talkeetna turned out to be a very nice stop. This home was perfect if you're in the area. We were a 3 generation group of 6 and this met our needs well. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, and location was private, but not remote.

Great place and location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our needs were met with a well-equipped kitchen, and beds were comfy. You can't beat the location--nestled among the trees. It was nice to be out of town but not too far from everything.

Great stay near Talkeenta

Stayed 3 nights to attend wedding nearby. House is as advertised. Very clean, well decorated and easy to access. Pur only issue was a serious mosquito swarm around front door when we arrived. Worst I've ever seen. We went to find swatters and bug dope at store. Called owner who brought over a couple devices to help. Luckily, this all helped! Thanks to the excellent window screens we could open the windows. Evidently, this summer is a record breaker for mosquitos! Owner/ Jesse was great! Place is awesome. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

Beautiful home!

The property was clean, well-designed and on a private road. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed inside and out. Check in process was flawless. Location was excellent for our needs, and we loved the fire pit. The property does back up to Talkeetna Spur, but we didn’t hear the road noise at all from inside the home. We would definitely stay there again!
