The renovated bedrooms with one larger bed and quiet air conditioning, are very comfortable. As usual the staff are extremely efficient and always helpful. It is always a pleasure when visiting Talca to stay in this hotel.

La aislación de ruido genial. La primera habitación que nos dieron estaba pasada a humo de cigarrillo. La limpieza estaba bien pero podría ser mejor en el baño. Los colchones duros y se sienten los resortes. Hay un joven rubio que atiende en el restaurante que debería tener mejores modales.

(the rooms were available)The reason given, which has never happenned before, was because I made the reservation Via Expedia. That was the message forwarded by the acting manager upon our arrival.
