Our room has too many mosquitos, we used the plugin repellent but it didn’t work. The staff are very nice and accommodating, we like the breakfast buffet a lot very nice choices and the espresso bar was a great option.

Stunning and relaxed

We had a swim up pool room and it was well worth it. So nice to walk out of your room and straight into the pool !! Our room was about 50 metres walk to the beach through the resort which was amazing. The beach area has such a relaxed feel. It was so relaxing. We didn't want to leave !! On the beach are multiple local food and bar options. The local people were so nice with no pressure or stress. We will be back.

We booked the family room which has 2 queen beds and separated living area with small kitchen. The issue here was about the cleanliness since we found dried lizard drop on a couch, spider web in the corner. In Kitchen, microwave was broken, tap water has no water. Ceiling Lights was broken in small toilet room. The good things are staffs they are very friendly and helpful, Food is awesome and so many variety.Facilities in the hotel is excellent and many activities we can do here.

This ticks every box for what you imagine Thailand is going to look like, the accommodation is excellent well worth paying a little extra and getting a room with pool access, The staff can not be more help full nothing to much trouble. the complex and rooms are spotless, plenty of places to eat and beach restaurants are very pleasant, would highly recommend for couples and families.

We booked pool access suite (moken). Room is spacious & comfortable. Very convenient to access the pool. We feel so happy that a surprise birthday cake was given to us. We request a room with wheelchair accessible, hotel also well prepare for us. All the places at resort is wheelchair friendly. A one point that highly appreciated is we able to join Similan islands trip with the assistance arrangement of hotel since we have a guest with wheelchair.

We were travelling in a large group. Each family experienced different problems. Poor communications skills from service staff. Beach staff were good. Housekeeping would ring the doorbell latte at night and would wake my grandchild. Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now but will not return. Very disappointing.
