Loved my stay at Roaders Hotel Zhonghua! Super friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, and the location is perfect for exploring Taipei. The best part was the common area with free drinks, snacks, and popcorn, plus fun games like pool and basketball machines. Such a cool vibe, I’d definitely come back!

Friendly staff. First time I am in a hotel where the reception is in the basement. And the basement guest area is awesome with free snacks (ramen, egg buns, chips, etc.), games, and armchairs. Our room was small but sufficient for a couple nights. The bathroom had a large shower. Highly recommend the place!

I recommend Roaders Hotel in Taipei. The staff are excellent and so helpful. Only recommendation: if you're planning to do laundry, schedule a washer at check-in.

Great location — close to MRT, food, and shops, all within walking distance. But the room was disappointing. The windows couldn’t be opened, the curtains were very dusty (dust flew everywhere when touched), and the carpet made the room feel less clean. My child even got a stye during the stay, which we think was related to the dust. Convenient, yes — but I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about cleanliness.

Solo travelers should book here. A/C, wifi, hot shower, excellent walkable location to trains, Ximending, and other top things to do and see. Central location, with quality rooms. Smaller in size, and the no window option is a bit tougher to wake up in the morning than expected but that’s okay. Also free water bottles in a rather large lobby and entertainment area. The qualify for cost is excellent.

The hotel is in great proximity to the Taipei main station and the Ximen walking district. It’s a convenient location for tourists who are looking to explore the vibrant night market at Ximen but still have access to good food in the morning after. The staff were kind and the room was surprisingly spacious considering its location.
