This hotel is steps away from the Fuzhong MRT station. While this is a little older of a hotel, the staff was nice and always greeted you. I think this well suited for solo travelers as well as business travelers.

I like the front desk service. They helped us in check-in and especially to keep our luggage after check-out. The only thing was the room a little cool. I guessed this was due to the climate change in fall. The location is quite good - almost mid-way between downtown and Taoyuan Airport. The Fuzhong MRT station is only 1or 2 minutes walking and about 30 minutes to 1 hour to anywhere in Taipei.

It’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast anymore. Laundry facility and microwave on the 9th floor are a good touch. Property can definitely use some upgrades. If a clock with radio/alarm/ USB charging station by bedside table will make my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is a bit old and you can find some dirt on the stuff. However, the staff was very nice and professional. They answered all my request and executed on time. They not just helped us book a taxi to airport, they remembered we have a cake stored in the freezer and retrieved to us without asking. When they saw only half of people showed up at the front desk, they proactively called our friends upstairs to remind them. I will definitely give a 100 to the staff management!
