The hotel room is nice , small but very functional. Check-in was self service using a machine. But apparently their system didn't support self serve and people had to call human helpdesk to get it to work.

the location is very inconvenient for public transportation. The elevator and hallways are dingy feeling and not clean. The room had a musky smell and looks into construction site. The staff is also very limited as their check in experience is supposed to be automated. It’s really limited and they won’t help with anything. We booked for two nights and tried cancelling the second night immediately upon seeing the property but the manager insisted on not helping us. Expedia also tried to intervene and ask for help but the management refused. Overall terrible experience. if you want to risk booking here, definitely do not choose their prepay option as this means Expedia can’t help you. Stay away from this disappointing hotel.

The hotel is very new and is very good for its price. The only drawback is its location is a bit off the commercial area. But it still has a convenience store, a supermarket, and a restaurant close by.

原本浴室的水龍頭都很正常，到隔天變得沒冷水全是熱水，想說都要退房了，就沒有找服務人員處理，如果飯店人員有看到這篇，可以再多注意一下，其他都很好👍

熱水夠熱，但淋浴沒有簾子也沒有拉門，洗澡水會潑出來浴室地上，這個很不理想。 隔音非常差，隔壁的人交談說話聲很吵，走道上說話聲也很清楚。 隔壁用水時管道間的聲音也很吵。 冷氣溫度調了但完全沒作用。
