Stunning views from everywhere. Roomy and comfortable. There were 2 rooms we didn’t even need to use! Perfect accommodations for 8 adults. Host was awesome to work with. Great communication from booking to check out. Very easy check in process.

The house was beautiful in many ways, however the living area couch was very uncomfortable. Also, I would have liked to know that 2 of the bedrooms were down 2 flights of stairs. Maneuvering suitcases was problematic.

Perfect 4th in Tahoe

We just wrapped up a spectacular week in Tahoe, celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday and the 4th of July.The Sunnyview Lodge was a perfect setup for our group. Incredible views overlooking Meek’s Bay. 3 levels of decks. Grill overlooking lake. Comfortable sleeping arrangements. Very functional kitchen. Game rooms and activities. All, in a very nice location. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience at the Sunnyview Lodge.

Fabulous family gathering with amazing lake views

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous lake view property. Exactly as described with plenty of space and activities for adults and children of all ages. The game rooms were definitely a hit on each level. Wonderful to wake up every morning with those stunning views, especially after a fresh snow fall. We're a family from Florida that traveled to California to meet up with relatives from Australia. Tahoe Time Vacation rental agency was superior in its communication and response time, they provided excellent support when needed. Don't hesitate to book and enjoy!

Wonderful view and place

Great place for a family with all ages. Good Wifi and lots of things in the home to keep the kids occupied. Plenty of local spots nearby for food and fun. Be aware that with all the windows facing the lake the house got hot during the day and at night a little uncomfortable as all the thermostats were in hallways/open spaces that got cold at night causing the heater to kick on and make the bedrooms uncomfortable. Aside from that minor complaint the place was great for a large group

Stunning Lake Views

We had a great stay and loved this house! The views of Lake Tahoe are stunning, and you have a lake view from just about every area in the house. Our favorite was the view from the top floor - absolutely beautiful. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Tahoma and was about a 20 minute drive to Tahoe City. Would definitely recommend!

Hyatt Family Memorial

The house was wonderful! I did not know what to expect and was very pleasantly surprisedI I would like to commend the customer service/respons provided by TTVR. The Memorial for my parents was perfect - they met at Meeks Bay 82 years ago - and we were able to cnnect with old friends and neighbors. Thank you so much.

Beautiful View, Warm House

We loved most everything about this beautiful home. Easy check in process, clean home, gorgeous view, proximity to lake, etc. Our biggest critique is the temperature of the home. We knew that Tahoe homes do not have AC, but the portable fans were not enough to cool down the space. Consider bringing more fans with you if you stay during summer temperatures.

Fourth of July Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Sunnyview Lodge over the Fourth of July weekend with our son and his girlfriend. We had a fantastic time! The house was very roomy and comfortable. The views of the lake and the mountains from every level are breathtaking. The proximity to the beach and the state park make this the ideal house for an active family. The property manager was extremely helpful and informative. This house exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

Jewel in the Lake

This house should be rated 10 stars if we could. We had seven people in our party and every person loved the accommodations due to the amazing views, its spaciousness and the location. It’s exactly as described and the host was accommodating to us. We would love to stay here again.

Meeks Bay Rental

We had a wonderful stay. The view from all levels of the house was stunning. Bathrooms are recently remodeled and very nice. Property manager was very helpful.

Meeks Bay

This property has a great location for seeing the lake. Meeks bay is a great, kid friendly beach with paddle board and kayak rentals a short walk away. The property is also near to a bike path that is great for bike riding or running. It is also very close to gorgeous east hikes for kids. The property itself is spacious and has gorgeous views of the lake. The house is well stocked and feels more like someone’s home than a typical Vrbo where there is a bare minimum of supplies. There are kids toys, cooking tools, basic pantry items. The rental would benefit from a few easy updates including better cutting boards and knives. It’s not a luxury rental, but it’s good for active families!

Family vacation

The house was as promised! One of our favorites so far. View was spectacular! House well equipped. Saw mama and baby bear looking over balcony. Take bear precautions serious. Lake Tahoe is gorgeous and full of activities such as hiking, biking, golf, kayaking, etc.

Great view and location

We had a great time as there are many things to do nearby. House was big enough for two families (4 adults and 5 kids). We did have a few small issues with wifi and locks, but Tahoe rental company was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Nice location close to Meeks Bay and Sugar Pine Point. Great house for multiple families. Only draw back is it needs some serious TLC. A lot of small things need to be fixed however, it didn’t really make that much difference in the long run as we had a great time.

Talk about a View

We came from Kansas to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday! Our daughter and her boyfriend came from Philly. Our son and his wife came from Asheville, NC. It was so easy to get in the garage with the codes, we never used the front door with the bear fence. The minute we walked in we were all in Ah of the breathtaking view! We did a lot of deck sitting in the mornings and evenings, so comfy, for the six of us. We even saw a momma bear with her cub one evening! The house was perfect for the six of us, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were so comfy! It was very well equipped and we found everything we needed for cooking. We loved the location! We did a hike daily and spent one afternoon at Meeks Bay on the beach. Took a beautiful drive to South Tahoe and found a couple of nice Breweries! We also did a Wine Tasting boat tour, which was fantastic! This was one of our best vacations yet! Thanks, Roxanne

Perfect house for large, active groups

Came for a bachelor party with seven other guys, and this place was the perfect spot for all sorts of activities. Running, hiking, biking, swimming - all very easy to get to and from withing 20 minutes of the house. The kitchen and "play" amenities were great - bumper pool was especially fun. If you are staying with a larger group and looking for a house to suit all your needs - look no further!
