Our 100m² holiday home is located here in the green heart of Germany, in the Kneipp spa town of Bad Tabarz in the Thuringian Forest.

There are many excursion destinations with a rich cultural program in the area, Eisenach with the Wartburg (24km), Gotha with the Friedenstein Castle (12km), Erfurt (40km) or Weimar (70km).
But there is also a lot to discover for active vacationers.
Hikes (e.g. Inselsberg 8km), mountain bike, adventure swimming pool, as well as winter sports with ski and sled rental in town.

A wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are available to you in Bad Tabarz.

The house was newly built in 2001, this includes an approximately 880m² garden plot with a nice barbecue area, which invites you to relax after a relaxing day.

The costs for charging electric or hybrid cars (if possible) are always based on consumption and are invoiced separately.

The house is divided as follows:

In the basement there is a cozy living area with dining area, TV and radio (Bose Blus)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine

In the 2nd On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony.

Wunderschöner Garten, super für Urlaub mit Hund. Der Wintergarten ist sehr gemütlich zum Frühstücken und lesen eingetichtet.Leider gibt es nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Urlaub war aber erholsam und wir haben ihn sehr genossen.

Freundlich und gemütlich

Freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang und sehr nette Nachbarn. Bad Tabarz lädt zum Erkunden ein. Es sind viele Ausflugziele für Familien mit Kindern und Hund in nähren Umgebung vorhanden. In der Unterkunft findet man alles, was man braucht und der Wintergarten ist bei den richtigen Temperaturen wirklich super. Vorallem zum beobachten der Sterne, wenn es draußen noch kühler ist.

Hübsche Unterkunft in schöner Lage

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Mix aus Modern und Rustikal gefiel uns gut. Das eine oder andere zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen aber mit Gemütlichkeit gut überspielt. Die Umgebung bietet sich zum spazieren und wandern an.

Sehr hübsches Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir wurden mit Wanderkäsekuchen empfangen. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt , auf den eingezäunten Grundstück. Auch der Wintergarten ist eine echte Bereicherung, leider heißt er sich bei Sonnenschein sehr stark auf. Aber die Beiden Plätze im Garten sind bei Sonnenschein beschattet und sehr schön. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Kurzurlaub mit Runter-Fahr-Effekt

Wir vier (zwei Zweibeiner, zwei Vierbeiner) haben unseren ersten Urlaub im Thüringer Wald verbracht. Der telefonische Kontakt im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Haus ist voll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Garten zum Toben mit den Hunden wunderbar und für uns alle viere das Highlight: der Wintergarten! Gerade bei Regen haben wir vier uns dort gemütlich gemacht. Jetzt wollen wir auch einen haben. Alles in allem haben wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück

Wir waren für 10 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit großem eingezäunten Grundstück. Unsere Australian Sheperd Hündin hat das genossen und ihre Runden ums Haus gedreht. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge im Thüringer Wald. In Fußnähe (500m) sind ein neuer moderner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und ein Getränkemarkt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Im Wintergarten kann man gemütlich chillen. Malcolm hat uns bei Ankunft sehr freundlich alles gezeigt und wir durften uns sogar an den Obstbäumen im Garten bedienen. Wir haben sehr positive Erinnerungen an einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

alles hat gepasst...

zentraler Ausgangspunkt zu unseren Aktivitäten. Wir waren zwei Wochen mit Hund und Rädern im sehr nett eingerichteten Häuschen mit großem Garten der Familie Crowson. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang. Für uns und unseren Hund war das eingezäunte Gelände ideal. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher im Schuppen unterbringen. Zu jeder Tageszeit hat man Sonne oder Schatten je nach Wunsch. Toll auch der helle Wintergarten, unser Lieblingsplatz... Es gibt auch Liegestühle für die Sonnenterasse. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche übrig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Mit den Kurkarten kann man täglich auch das Bad besuchen. Es war alles sehr entspannend und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Häuschen

Wir haben uns hier mit vier Freunden getroffen und eine schöne Woche in diesem tollen Häuschen verbracht. Unser Gastgeber begrüßte uns persönlich, was uns gut gefallen hat. Das Haus ist wirklich superschön, der Wintergarten und die Grillterrasse sind ein absolutes Highlight! Mit vier Erwachsenen hatten wir überall genug Platz und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zwei Bäder zu haben, war auch ein echter Vorteil. An Ausstattung fanden wir alles vor, was das Herz begehrt. Lediglich etwas mehr Ablageflächen für Klamotten in den Schränken im Schlafzimmer wären schön gewesen und unsere Kochbeauftragten fanden die Bratpfanne nicht so optimal, aber das trübte unseren Aufenthalt nicht. Die Möbel sind alle komfortabel und gemütlich, das Haus war sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Grade mit der persönlichen Geschichte der Familie zu diesem Haus, hat man eher das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein, als irgendein anonymer Feriengast in irgendeinem Investmentobjekt zu sein. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns noch einmal ganz herzlich dafür!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Uns wurde ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbaren Wintergarten geboten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns gut erholt und viele Ausflüge unternommen: Wanderungen, Besuch der Wintersportbahnen in Oberhof, Besichtigung u.a. von Schloss Freudenstein in Gotha. Urlaub in Thüringen

Perfekte Unterkunft für 4 Personen und Hund. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, das Ferienhaus vor allem der Wintergarten ist traumhaft, das Objekt ist sehr schön liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig mit grossem Kühlschrank und richtiges Eisfach. In dem Haus gibt es schöne relaxmöglichkeiten für Jung und Alt. Für Familien mit Kinder die info, ihr braucht kein Spielzeug mitzunehmen,es waren so tolle viele Spielsachen vorhanden eine schöne kleine Bibiothek mit vielen Büchern. Rundum klasse, der Rasenmähroboter hat unser Sohn geliebt. Es gibt Fahrräder und Roller und Spielzeug. 2 Toiletten im Haus, eine schöne Dusche 🚿 . In der Umgebung gibt es schöne kleine Touren und tolle Ausflugsziele, rundum ein schönes Objekt wo man merkt das viel Liebe von den Eigentümern in dem Objekt steckt. Ich empfehle das Objekt und den reibungslosen Ablauf mit Familie Crowson. Danke für das tolle Ferienhaus.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Vermieter war persönlich vor Ort und hat eine liebevolle Einweisung in das Objekt gegeben. Sehr schönes Kleines Ferienhaus

Ruhiger Urlaub

Ruhig gelegenes Haus mit nettem Vermieter und tollem Wintergarten, wo man auch bei Regenwetter schön im Hellen sitzen kann. Leider gab es auch bei uns bei Regenwetter die schon weiter unten geschilderten Fernsehprobleme.
