Villa Lucia se encuentra en la ciudad de Fontane Bianche en Siracusa, cerca de una costa encantadora de fácil acceso, con el mar a 5 minutos a pie.
Villa principal con 2 dormitorios con 2 camas cada uno (cambio de sábanas cada semana), además de una cama individual y una cama para niños (70cmx140cm), 2 baños (cambio de toallas cada semana), una sala de estar con comedor y sala de estar con aire acondicionado. Cocina con nevera y microondas. wi-fi. Barbacoa con mesa al aire libre, tres televisores, una terraza al aire libre con salón y una frente al jardín. La parte en alquiler es solo la de la planta baja.

Beautiful Villa and Pool

The villa is situated on a quiet road within walking distance of the lovely Fontain Bianche beach. The infinity pool is the highlight of the property and is edged with banana trees…..just beware of mosquitos. It is clean and well equipped for a perfect and peaceful holiday. Paolo is very friendly and is at the end of the phone for anything you might need.

Amazing holiday at Villa Lucia!

We had the most amazing week holiday at Villa Lucia, we didnt want to come home. Everything was exactly as expected, in fact even better than expected! The pool and garden are incredible and so relaxing. We loved using the bbq and the facilities indoors are excellent, the air con was very good! Paulo and Giovanni were lovely hosts and gave us great tips and some lovely fruit :) Lovely area to visit and we will certainly come back again!

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, man hat ihn kaum bemerkt, konnte sich aber jeder Zeit bei Fragen an ihn wenden. Man kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Great Villa - beautiful pool

We stayed here for one week and the house is perfectly situated to explore the south east Sicily. A short car ride to Ortigia and Noto and the other beautiful places to explore. Fontaine Bianche has a bakery, mini market and a local restaurant. There are beach clubs where you can hire a sun lounger or just go for coffee. The villa was a great place to relax after a day site seeing. Paulo was incredibly helpful and very obliging if we needed anything. It’s a perfect place for two couples or a family of 4. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Tolle Location, prima Lage, hohe Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Buchungsportal und ist ideal für eine kleine Familie. Die Lage ist sehr günstig und ermöglicht Entspannung am Pool oder Strand und Sightseeing in kürzester Entfernung (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa etc.). Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, gut zu erreichen und extrem gastfreundlich. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Villa Lucia fahren.

Very nice stay

This is a perfect place for a family gateway. The house also has a great location for visiting Syracuse, Noto, Modica or Ragusa. If you prefer to have a relaxing time with BBQ, beach, or swimming pull it is perfect as well. Great stay. Highly recommended

Latein Autumn Culture Tour

This place was a wonderful starting point for tours to Syracuse, Catania, Noto, Etna and even a swim in the sea nearby in late October. Giovanni is a very kind and welcoming host and a very special person.

Best of the best!

It is just as in pictures - delightful! Great pool in lovely garden. Easy walk to super beach with fine sand and clear aqua colored water. Shallow and great for kids and adults, bakery and market walkable. Beds are comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. AC and internet worked well.

Vacanza a Villa Lucia - Fontane Bianche

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, in compagnia di una coppia di amici, in questa villa ben strutturata e con uno spazio esterno, compreso di giardino e piscina, davvero eccellente. La villa si trova in una posizione tranquilla comunque vicina al mare. L'interno della struttura è molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Il giardino con piscina è davvero fantastico, curato con possibilità di grigliare e mangiare all'aperto. Proprietario diaponibile ed attento alle eventuali richiste

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Paolo. Le logement est bien situé dans un endroit calme à quelques minutes de la plage. La maison typiquement sicilienne est très mignonne, il ne manque rien. On s'y sent très vite chez soi. Le jardin est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu avec sa splendide piscine. On y trouve également des espaces ombragés non négligeables lors des fortes chaleurs. Et enfin, Paolo est une personne accueillante, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs. Son papa Giovanni vit à l'étage mais sait se faire discret et est aussi très sympathique. Vous le remarquerez à peine. Merci pour tout!😄

A wonderful stay

This property was perfect for our family of 4. With 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, our host Paolo was able to provide an additional bed so that our son and daughter slept very comfortably in a shared room. There was also a sofa bed which we didn't need. The outdoor area is lovely and the beautiful new pool is close at hand so that it was possible for the adults to prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen whilst keeping an eye on swimming children. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the railway station, local shops, restaurants and the beach. There are many beautiful towns to visit nearby. Paolo was our host and was happy to help with any issues or local knowledge throughout our stay. We had the house to ourselves but he was near at hand if we needed him. Would recommend!

Perfect

We stayed there for 4 weeks in spring. We booked it, because we liked the pictures form the interior and because the owner (Giovanni) lives upstairs. The inside was very clean, had a personal touch, as we just changed our house (we have seen pictures from other houses, which were very sterile - you don't want to stay a month inside a sterile athosphere). Having Giovanni upstairs was very good. He and his son Paolo - who will take over from this year on - cared very much about us und our well being. In my opinion this is the best you can have as a guest We enjoyed our stay really very much there. Also not being straight on the ebach was good. The waves at strong wind and the music on the beach bar every weekend can be quite noisy over the whole day :-)) For us it was the perfect place - a bit remote, but within 5 minutes you are at the beach to have all fun you can imagine. We were also the first to enjoy the new swimming pool. They have just built and now it is even more fun and joy.

Alles super!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Giovanni, der ein wirklich herzlicher, zuvorkommender, aber auch absolut diskreter Vermieter war! Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage im entspannten (wir waren off season) Fontane Bianche. Der Strand ist auch mit Kleinkindern leicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Giovanni sorgt für eine durchdachte Erstausstattung (von Strandschirm und Buddelsachen bis zu Waschmaschinentabs!) und ist ansonsten für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Und auch wir sind in den Genuss seiner Kochkünste gekommen, superlecker! Das Haus und der schöne Garten haben Charakter, kein gesichtsloser Neubau, und sind perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder!

Ein tolles Haus mit einem unglaublich herzlichen Vermieter

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Die Umgebung ist absolut perfekt für eine Mischung aus Strandurlaub und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß an einem wunderschönen Strand, der auch für kleine Kinder perfekt ist. Syrakus und Noto sind von hier aus in knapp einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch ein Tagesausflug zum Ätna ist von hier aus kein Problem. Das absolute Highlight ist der tolle Vermieter Giovanni. Er hat sich mit viel Liebe um uns gekümmert und uns in vielen Situationen sehr geholfen! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an zu Hause gefühlt. Giovanni wohnt im Obergeschoss des Hauses und ist da, wenn man ihn braucht, ansonsten ist er absolut unaufdringlich und man merkt kaum, dass er da ist. Diese Unterkunft ist die perfekte Basis für einen tollen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub auf Sizilien!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten im September 2022 zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in der Villa Lucia. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage und großzügigem Außenbereich mit Grillplatz, Sitzecken und Außendusche bot das Haus mehr als genug Platz für uns, zwei Paare. Besonders viel Spaß hatten wir mit der kleinen Wasserschildkröte, die im Garten im Fischteich lebt. Auch die Lage ist ideal und ruhig. Zu Fuß ist man in 7 Min. am Sandstrand und in 5 Min. beim Bäcker. Mit dem Auto braucht man nicht einmal 30 Min. nach Siracusa oder Noto. Auch Catania, Etna, Taormina und Ragusa, Modica, Marzamemi sind gut erreichbar. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist Giovanni, der liebenswerte Besitzer der Villa Lucia, der im Obergeschoss wohnt. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich und immer gut gelaunt. Er verwöhnte uns vielfach, u.a. mit einem Willkommens-Abendbrot, mit exzellenter Pasta und Cannoli. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, lieber Giovanni!

Vacanze da favola a Fontane Bianche

L’accoglienza del sig. Giovanni, padrone di casa, è stata all’insegna della gentilezza e della disponibilità nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. La casa dispone di un bel giardino e di angoli deliziosi adatti per momenti di relax e di convivialita’. In questi momenti abbiamo apprezzato i piatti di pasta offerti da Giovanni e ascoltato racconti di vita. Fantastico. Francesca e Massimo di Torino.
