The apartment is spread over one level, with two spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms, a spacious living room with a large window and access to the outdoor terrace, offering direct views of the sea and Forte Vigliena. The fully equipped kitchen completes the welcoming atmosphere. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer fiber optic Wi-Fi coverage to ensure a comfortable and connected stay.

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
