Room was spacious but an odd smell, almost a stale body odor. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will be my goto hotel when going through snyder.

Hotels.com listed as accommodates 4 people and there was one bed and no pull out couch when we got there. Baymont said they were unable to help with booking issues because we booked through third party so we were 4 people and one bed and one blanket. We went to ask for at least another blanket and they were not able to give us one until the next day. A lot of issues came up during our stay. Remote didn’t work, shower was not working properly and rusty, fridge and microwave were dirty with beans, no hand soap. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable stay.

The door to our room was open when we arrived. It looked as if someone had been lying on the bed. Not under the covers, but still. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The grout in the bathroom was crumbling, there was a sad lamp with a ripped shade. The pool was so cold my daughter wouldn’t go in. Overall, not a great experience.

First I get a smoking room nasty smell. Front desk switch room to clean non-smoking. The room was neglected maintenance not taking care of bathroom issues. There was mold in the tub carve in the caulking. That's not that hard to replace with new one. The housekeeper doing a half job at cleaning room. You can see the dust on the carpet by the refrigerator and particles behind the nightstand. Refrigerator inside not clean. Overall breakfast was good.
