Marc was an outstanding communicator & was easy to work with. There were a few easy issues he will be addressing for future guests. Good stay & recommend. We may stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to go again. I could not walk far and hubby can so the location where he could be active and I enjoyed the water. Love the decor too.

This is the cutest place and so convenient for a lazy weekend on the water. The bed is very comfortable. I do suggest bringing an hot plate if you’d like to cook but there is only one sink. So we chose to eat at “By the Bridge” and never had a bad meal. The service was great too. I’d definitely recommend this rental to everyone! (Except when I want to book it again!) Cole helped with our kayak rentals and he was the sweetest young man and so super helpful. 100% recommend this rental! Ps: bring your vinyls!! Chris Stapleton greets you in the record player but if you have vinyls, bring them!

Lovely place

Lovely place in an excellent location. Walkable to restaurants etc and clean. Will for sure stay again when in the area and needing a place to rest. Host was very communicative throughout the stay and check in was a breeze.

It would have been better to have more than 2 cups for the coffee machine. It would have been nice to have an electric tea pot to boil water for tea or a french press coffee maker. the microwave is not the best to boil water. It was a good idea to use an old store front for a small apartment. The restaurant next store was nice for breakfast and being on the water was nice. I would replace the two bar stools and table with a round table and chairs, it would be easier to use.

We came to town to visit family and this was the perfect place to stay. The location is wonderful. Waking up and being able to just walk out to the sound was the best! We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is amazing and views are gorgeous! Close to so much, including the beach!! Perfect place that’s nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Swansboro! We had great food and hospitality everywhere we went.

Great spot!

Great place with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, fishing and kayaking. Very comfortable and convenient. Owner was extremely easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. We loved the restaurant next door and loved the fact we could walk under the bridge to go to the downtown Swansboro. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely views and great location

Stayed here with my husband and dog to work at a place nearby in town. The bed was incredible! It’s a great location to explore crystal coast. Walking outside to sunrise on the water was awesome!

Great place for a relaxing getaway

Great location if you don't want to stay right at the beach, but it is just a short drive away. The rental property was very clean, well maintained, and I like the rustic look and decor of the studio. I loved the quaint old town of Swansboro and much of the shopping, dining and entertainment is within walking distance which is great. Overall I had a great stay and would come back again.
