Vila SANIVARO is a luxury and modern house build in 2019., furnished with love, enthusiasm and care about the details, which brings home to her guests. Location of this villa is surrounded by wild flowers. Surrounded by wild flowers. This vila ensures unrepeatable expirience of peace and privacy away from everyday busy way of life. Natural scent of the forest and meadows is something that is unforgettable in this unrepeatable beauty. Spectaular night view on the sky full of stars, away from noise and light pollution is another "small" thing that enriches romantic moments of your stay. Interior of the vila offers luxury and spacious living room with modern big kitchen and dining room, which is fulfilled by daily light coming through the big balcony door. The only one who is enyoing in it. Villa has 4 comfor and fully A / C rooms at the same level as other part of the house. The rooms can be divided into two rooms. On request there is a kinder bed too. Wi-Fi is available in the whole house. The whole living room is situated in the wheel chair. From outside, the house is accesabile by ramp Villa offers optimal accomomdation for 8 persons (optionally 10) with 230 m2 closed space and 60 m2 of summer kitchen in which dominates big and modern table where your chef can prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Uninterrupted space is going on with the big covered terrace, sitting outside area for chill out, relaxing, coffe or cocktail. A big pool (44m2) surrounded by numerous loungers which offers relaxation for the whole family, dominates the space ,. The end of the pool area where you can relax in peace and quiet, by laying in the swing listening to the birds singing. Villa is situated on 2400 m2 land, completely surrounded with the fence, adapted for individual stays, stays of families with children or stays for disabled persons. Villa is full of sports in the open air, where you can enjoy your swing, slide or trampoline, or you can try yourself in volleyball or badminton on the big playground. In houses you are more fans of indoor sports, there is a big room with table tennis, table football, darts or fitness (multifunctional excercise machine and orbitrek). This villa is an ideal starting point for active vacation in the 40km bike route, and quiet pathways are ideal for jogging or long walks. Vila SANIVARO is only 20 min drive to the beautiful Adriatic sea in all directions - Pula, Bale, Duga Uvala, Medulin ... At the same time as the flight to Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Opatija, Brijuni National Park, or to spend an active day in a water park as Aquacolors (Poreč), Istralandia ( Novigrad) or Glavani adrenaline park (Barban).
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Change of bedsheets is available on request.

Familienurlaub Villa Sanivaro Sommer 2024
Sehr schöne neue hochwertige alleinstehende Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Die Gastgeber Iva und Robert waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und hatten gute Tipps. Es gab schöne Strände, gute Restaurants, schöne Dörfer und Städte und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und können die Villa Sanivaro sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in einem tollen Haus
Die Unterkunft für unseren Familienurlaub war annähernd perfekt.
Sehr ruhige Lage, moderne Ausstattung mit tollem Pool.
Kinder und Erwachsene haben es sehr genossen.
Ein kleiner Spielplatz und ein Platz zum Volleyballspielen sind auch integriert.
Die Gastgeber sind äußerst aufmerksam, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Anfragen wurden immer immer schnell und unbürokratisch beantwortet.
Ebenso haben wir immer Tipps für mögliche Ausflüge und Aktivtäten erhalten.
Auflugsziele sind in Istrien immer schnell zu erreichen. Pula, Rovinj oder eine der Buchten zum Baden sind immer eine kleine Reise wert.

Lovely stay in the center of Istria
We had a nice stay at the villa, for 1,5 weeks. The location is perfect, because every big city is around 30-40min away. The house is very good equipped from tools for the bbq to bats for the activities in the garage. We didnt miss something. The Pool has a good size and is not too small. The housekeeper are very kind and friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay just before the holiday season
The Villa is perfect. Very specious and well furnished. Most of the things inside are quite new and high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. The heated pool allows to have fun regardless the outside temperature. The communication with Iva was great. Strongly recommend for families, as well as group of friends!

Kleines Paradies in idyllischer Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, für Kinder ist die Anlage top, ein kleiner Spielplatz ist dabei und der Pool hat eine tolle Größe.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat viele tolle Extras.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Wein usw.
Sie waren auch sehr Aufmerksam, wir hatten einen runden Geburtstag in unserer Familie und die Vermieter haben eine Geburtstagstorte vorbeigebracht, das war eine ganz tolle Aufmerksamkeit :)
Wir können das Haus und die Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 👍🏼

Perfekter Aufenthalt und Gastgeber
Wir waren im Juni 2021 hier zu Gast und haben uns Pudelwohl gewühlt. Das Haus ist Groß genug für 10 Personen, sogar mehr passen rein und es ist nie zu eng. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind auf dem neuesten Stand und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber ware super nett und zuvorkommen und haben uns Tipps gegeben sowie diverse Wünsche erfüllen können. Besser geht es njcht

Wenn es sechs Sterne gäbe...
würden wir sie hier verteilen. Umgeben von Bäumen und wilden Blumen in völliger Ruhe liegt diese wunderschöne Villa.
Der Pool verdient seinen Namen wegen seiner Größe, Sauberkeit (das Poolteam kam nach Ankündigung 2mal in 10 Tagen) und seiner tollen Temperatur. Alle Räume sind lichtdurchflutet und absolut geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind modern und funktionell, selbst für verwöhnte Besucher. Die offene Küche ist top ausgestattet( Induktionsherd, Microwelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine), alles absolut neu!
Die Vermieter sind total nett und immer erreichbar, auch für Probleme die nichts mit dem Haus zu tun haben (ich habe mir einen Nagel in den Reifen gefahren und mir wurde schnell geholfen) Noch einmal vielen Dank an Iva und Robert. Wir kommen wieder. Cordula und Andreas Bergmann
