Explore the fascinating peninsula of Istria from here. Head west and you will be greeted by the beautiful town of Rovinj, the pearl of Istria, and its picturesque old town. To the east, the tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you. If you head south, you will encounter the culturally rich Pula and monuments of historical value, such as the Roman Amphitheater. To the north are picturesque medieval towns, including Motovun, where an international film festival is held every year at the end of July. In the inland of Istria you will find a rich gastronomic offer, friendly inhabitants and many cultural events. Especially popular here are the local festivals, which will cause enthusiasm with their good food, folklore and music.
