Villa Deal is a comfortable modern decorated holiday home which can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. In the 1200 m2 walled fenced plot there is a house with a private pool of 30 m2, a whirlpool. and a beautiful green garden with a playground setup for children. On the ground floor is a Fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living room with sofa bed for two additional guests, bathroom and a separate toalet. The stairs lead to the first floor where you can finde three bedrooms, two with double and one with two single beds, the rooms have air conditioning, there is also a bathroom with shower. The Villa Deal is ideal for a vacation with family and friends, the guestst have also a covered parking, beach umbrellas and deck chairs on their disposal. Pets are welcome. The guests also have 4 bikes for adults and 1 children bike on their disposal. Nearby are many marked bicycle routes that connect historic and picturesque Istrian towns like Kanfanar, Pazin and Motovun...
