Luxury family villa with private pool in IstriaThis beautiful villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa with a garden spreads over 1000m2, and the house over 180m2. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. There is another toilet with a washing machine. The large spacious kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, dining table with 8 chairs. In the villa from the large living room you can access the pool. Outside you can enjoy the large pool or just lie on deck chairs and read a nice book . This beautiful and modern villa with its surroundings is a real pleasure for the eye. Like each of our villas, Villa Aeris also has free WiFi access and parking for 3 cars. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue where you can spend the evening grilling. In the yard there is also a playground with swings for children and table football. Villa Aeris  is really beautiful!

The villa is soundproofed and features 3.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with satellite channels. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a sofa bed, and a microwave.
