A stone gem is indeed is... all you need for a great vacation!

We loved everything! Let me start by saying that the hosts were absolutely friendly and helpful. Vidas and his wife made sure everything met our needs. Upon arrival, we received homemade wine and pastries. Upon departure, they made pancakes for the road. The holiday home is well-maintained and very well-maintained, not far from restaurants, beaches, supermarkets... a true gem, with everything you need within a short drive. Large and well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, several decent bathrooms, a large and clean pool, and a large garden with plenty of garden furniture for everyone. Air conditioning in every bedroom and the living room, although the house stays very cool, even on hot days. We only used the air conditioning twice. Large flat-screen TV combined with high-speed internet. The property is fenced. No shortcomings or defects noted. Ideal base for Labin, Pula, Rovinj, and Opatija. Definitely worth repeating...without a doubt! PS. Beach Bobina is our favorite beach in the area = highly recommended!

Het verblijf was top! Laat ik beginnen met te zeggen dat de gastheren absoluut vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren. Vidas en zijn vrouw zorgden ervoor dat alles aan onze wensen voldeed. Bij aankomst kregen we zelfgemaakte wijn en gebak. Bij vertrek maakten ze pannenkoeken voor onderweg. Het vakantiehuis is degelijk en zeer degelijk, niet ver van restaurants, stranden, supermarkten,... een waar juweeltje, met alles wat je nodig hebt op korte rijafstand. Grote en goed uitgeruste binnenkeuken en dito buitenkeuken, meerdere degelijke badkamers, groot en schoon zwembad, grote tuin met voldoende tuinmeubilair voor iedereen. Airconditioning in elke slaapkamer en ook in de woonkamer, hoewel het huis erg koel is, zelfs op warme dagen. We hebben de airconditioning maar twee keer gebruikt. Grote flatscreen-tv gecombineerd met snel internet. Het terrein is omheind. Geen enkele tekortkoming of manquement opgemerkt. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Labin, Pula, Rovinj, Opatija. Voor herhaling vatbaar...ongetwijfeld! PS. Beach Bobina is ons favoriet strandje in de buurt aanrader!
