Villa Calma Istria is located in a fairy-tale town called Sv. Martin which is located in central Istria. The closest sea beaches are only 12 km away of which the nearest beaches are in Rabac, which is rich in beaches with fine pebbles and crystal-clear sea.



Villa Calma Istria has four air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed that offer accommodation for eight guests. Upstairs there are three beautiful rooms with bathroom, one of which has a terrace where you can have a coffee overlooking the fairy-tale landscape. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room with 8 seats, air conditioned and spacious living room and a bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna which will surely help you relax and unwind from everyday worries!



From the living room you come to a beautiful courtyard with a luxurious pool and six comfortable deck chairs where you can soak up the summer sun. There is also a large garden where the youngest can enjoy playing in the fresh air. There is also an outdoor gas grill where you can try grilling various specialties. The villa is completely fenced with hedges so you can have your own privacy.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
