Reservation said lock box information would be provided - I thought I would get an email. Maybe add on reservation that there is an intercom system at front door available at all times and instructions will be provided. Worked great and hotel was convenient. Thanks.

Check-in was confusing to say the least. And the woman on the phone who lets you in wasn’t kind nor generous. A few simple instructions via phone andd Dec in wall would be helpful. Free parking is minimal, so if unless you can figure out where the “rooftop” parking is, expect to pay 270 DKA/day. The rooms are huge!

Nice location at the Harbor and just 200 meters to the center of the town. The room was clean but the interior is ver very old. The state of the room is very poor. Old television, broken glass in a picture hanging on the wall and broken interior or interior which is loose and not hanging correctly. Ugly walls with stains and clear signs that the room hasn’t been painted for a decade. Self check-in which is easy.

Det kan blive dyrt at parkere, da der kun er fire pladser ved hotellet og ellers er det betalingsparkering. Svært at bedømme personale, da hotellet er uden personale. Der var rent og værelset ok. Dog kun et badehåndklæde til to personer. Morgenmad tilkøbes andet sted, så det togvi i byen.

Værelset var rent men afløbet i badet var mega langsom til at få vand ud og selve toilettet havde en irriterende duft af kloak. Det kan god irritere mig lidt jeg ikke mødte noget personale overhovedet og man selv skulle ordne kort og sådan noget. Noget der er vigtigt for mig når jeg står op er kaffen, jeg vil altså hellere have en frisk brygget kaffe end de der dumme poser,

Det ikke et 5 stjernet hotel, men det har vi heller ikke betalt for. Når det så er sagt så jeg faktisk overrasket over hvor godt det var til prisen. Der var køleskab på værelset og elkedel koger. Kaffe og te kunne man hente lige udenfor døren. Konceptet med at man ringer på dørtelefonen først gang og får lavet et adgangs kort i den ubemandede reception over telefonen fungerede rigtig godt. Vores værelse lå lige ved elevatoren og trappe gangen så forventede meget larm, men synes nu alligevel døren var godt isoleret og tog en del af larmen. Her lejer vi gerne næste gang vi skal til firmafest i Svendborg . Vi fik ikke brugt nogle af fælles områderne så de er ikke en del af bedømmelsen.
