The charm of an old fashioned Nice building located in the heart of the city. Great location. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bed comfortable. Be aware that there is no daily room cleaning service. A fine two star hotel.

Customer service was fantastic. Juliette and Corina were great. The facility provides rooms with kitchen amenities that provide convenience for those who wish to provide their own meals. The walkability to the train station, and tram lines is very good as well as the close proximity to a large grocery store and shopping area.
