Summertime's Calling - it's "Beach Time". An Oceanfront 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo with spectacular views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Just a few steps down your private walkway to the beach, will quickly have your toes in the sand. As you walk into this cozy condo, this open living area floor plan presents immediate views of the rolling waves. First floor bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath shared with the first floor living space. This bedroom also has fantastic views of the marsh off the street side. Second floor, ocean side bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath. The upper open deck off of this bedroom offers ocean views that go on for miles and a great place to sun, read a good book or even better - nap. The third bedroom on the street side, second floor has two double beds with a private bath. Enjoy your days on the beach and then rinse away the sand in your outside shower.

The location was amazing and the beach right out the door was perfect. The condo was not as clean as we would expect. It is older which we expected but we did have some issues with ants in the kitchen and a few palmetto bugs in the 1st floor bedroom.

Great Little House!

We loved this house. It more then met our needs in many ways. We typically buy all seafood every day and cook at home and the kitchen is more then ample. The house is clean and comfortable with easy beach access. We were lucky to see the last 5 sea turtles crawl along the sand on our first night just a couple of houses away. Although this is a duplex, we had no issues with sound. The next door neighbors had 3 little kids and although the parents apologized for the noise, we didn't hear anything through the wall. We would have no problem staying at this place again.
