Wonderful property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Niko's place. To start, Niko was incredibly communicative and friendly. Check in and out was easy. The location was prime. We loved having the heated pool, the distance to the downtown area and the restaurant next door. The air conditioning worked great. The inside was a tad outdated and we had some ants inside at the beginning but that was par with the season and Niko was quick to rectify the situation and we had no issues after! We stayed with our 3.5yo who loved it! Would recommend.

Super Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer und neben einen (guten) Lokal. Auch wenn man es erst mal denkt „oh, es kann ja abends laut werden“ - wird man gleich am 1. Abend gut überrascht. Es ist tatsächlich nicht laut und beim vorbeischauen bekommt man eine exclusive Behandlung als Nachbar. Niko ist super Gastgeber, sehr zuverlässig und alle seine Tipps am Anfang haben sich als beste Empfehlungen rausgestellt. Wir empfehlen mal einen oder anderen Ausflug auf der andere Seite der Insel machen und andere Strände dort zu besuchen. Parkplatz ist bei dem Haus ziemlich klein, also unsere Empfehlung, lieber mit einem kleineren Auto einreisen.. Wir waren nach 2 Wochen richtig erholt und kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!

What an amazing holiday!

Family of 4 - great to have a pool and be so close to the beach and water sports. Restaurant Punta is right next door, the staff and food is excellent and very handy for an ice cream! Supetar is lovely, small harbour with a good selection of restaurants. The only recommendation would be more glasses and bowls in the cupboards. Nico is always on hand to answer any questions! Thanks for a great week!

Great location, interior a bit tired 3.5 star

Can’t fault the view, absolutely beautiful and sunset facing as an unexpected bonus. Pool was smallish but fairly deep and lovely for when the wind/waves got up in the afternoon. Nice private terrace, also a small balcony off the master bedroom where the view is superb. Next door restaurant great and as a bonus they will even deliver. Inside the property is spacious, clean and nicely decorated, but some fittings are a bit tired and in need of repair. We had a couple of slightly cooler evenings and strangely no bed blankets/throws are provided, only sheets (plus one throw on the master bed). Owner declined to supply, so we had to buy a beach towel for a child to use as a blanket (putting the heating on in August would have been way too much!), and also use a sofa throw. A few light bed throws at least would be standard. Some noise from the surrounding resorts, especially loud and late (1am) on one night, keeping the children awake. But not too bad given in holiday mode, although hadn’t appreciated how built up the area was. All in all 5 stars for the fantastic location and pool/patio area, but unfortunately the inside repair and comfort doesn’t match the price tag so brings it down to a 3.5/4 star for us.

Outstanding property with views to die for:)

Each evening we were blessed with the best view over the horizon to watch the sunset. An amazing property with easy access to the restaurants. So lucky to have the picn of swimming in the sea or our own pool all a few steps away. The owner met us on the first day to recommend a few ‘must do’ things on the island and offer and friendly welcome. The house is amazing with lush bathrooms and everything you need

Perfect location

We really enjoyed the villa, its location is superb! Especially going for a morning swim straight from the villa and watching the sunsets from the beach. It was also fun to have the padel courts nearby.

Family holiday

This is a lovely villa in a great location to enjoy a holiday in Supetar. The villa was spotlessly clean, well maintained and as described. We found the location ideal as it is right on the beach (rocky/ pebbly so beach shoes useful) and in easy walking distance to the pretty harbour with plenty of shops and restaurants. The restaurant next door is great- v friendly staff who always found us a table even when busy and even delivered drinks and pizzas to the villa for us. The is no noise disturbance from the restaurant as it a family type venue- no loud music or late night partying. As the villa is at the end of the stretch of beach it is peaceful and private. Nico was a helpful and welcoming host. We would v happily return and recommend this villa to others, esp families who want to be close to amenities but in a pretty location.

Magnifique maison très bien située . La mer est à quelques mètres de la maison. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Très bien agencées. Les lits sont grands et confortables. La vue est magnifique.

Fantastiskt

Har inget att klaga på huset och dess ägare. Väldigt bra boende och trevligt bemötande av Niko. Husets läge går inte att slå, med hav, pool, restaurang och vattenaktiviteter i direkt närhet utan att vara störande på något sätt. Hade en underbar vecka i huset.

Reunion holiday

Niko welcomed us at the villa at the end of a long day travelling from the UK. The property is superbly situated by the sea with a private pool and it certainly lived up to previous reviews. Facilities are good and we thoroughly recommend Villa Violet. Supetar is a 20 minute walk from the villa, through the grounds of the Waterman Supertrus Resort. We enjoyed excellent food and friendly service at neighbouring Restaurant Punta. A holiday to remember.

prachtig uitzicht over zee en heerlijk zwembad

Het huisje is prima qua grootte, ruim. Het zwembad was heerlijk en hoewel de zee te koud was om te zwemmen (april) kwam het zwembad meer en meer op temperatuur. Douches met (lekker) harde straal. het huis is schoon en hygienisch. De eigenaar is hartelijk.

Beautiful home and wonderful host.

We had a great stay here! Niko is very welcoming and his communication throughout our trip was amazing. He is a wonderful host! The house is beautiful and you can not beat the views. It is in a great location with supermarkets close and even a wonderful restaurant right next door. The pool is a great size and my kids loved being able to be on the beach as well. We loved the outside grill and enjoyed fresh seafood everyday. Can not recommend this place enough. We hope to go back!

Villa violet is a beautiful place to stay, well maintained and plenty of space in the bedrooms. Magnificent views of the sea and mountains from the bedroom and patio.its in a good location for the ferry and walking distance from Supetar marina and harbour. Great restaurant next door and well worth a visit. Parking space for cars and all amenities of a home well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi and Tv equipment. I was there for 1 week but I would have liked to stay for 2 weeks next time. I would recommend this villa for a great place too stay in Croatia.

Perfect vacation!

We really enjoyed our week stay at the beachfront villa. The location is stunning, with a breathless view. The house itself very comfortable and perfect for our family of five. It is as perfect as in the pictures! With everything close by, the vacation was very relaxing and yet adventurous with night dives just outside at the beach front. We rented a car in Split and took the ferry over to Supetar. During the afternoons we enjoyed driving around Brac finding new restaurants and small beaches. Being in Croatia several times before we really can recommend this island, it is very convenient to reach and we have found several favorite restaurants that we hope to return to. Thanks Nico for the hospitality and great service!
