Spacious, comfortable, Pet Friendly 3-Bed House minutes from the Big Pineapple

This home is a partially renovated 3 bedroom 70s house. The open plan living/dining and kitchen are spacious with lovely breezes and overlook the lovely gardens in the front and our 6 acre paddock at the back, which might even have horses or cattle in if you're lucky. The outlook at the rear looks through beautiful trees across to the Blackall Range.
The house is partially renovated with a lovely bright new kitchen, with new appliances, which include electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, air fryer and pod coffee machine. The bathrooms are clean and functional but have not yet been updated, still having floral tiles and dated colour schemes. We expect to update these in 2025.
The home is located a mere 2-3 minutes from the Big Pineapple, Wildlife HQ, Adventure Ropes Course and the award winning distillery - Sunshine and Sons (gin, vodka and rum).
We are literally 5 minutes drive from the highway and 15 minutes from Sunshine Coast beaches and all the beachside towns have to offer. Again it is only 15 minutes to get up the range to cooler climes at Montville and then on to Maleny and Mapleton. We are surrounded by great cafes, fantastic restaurants and entertainment venues, including Rick's cafe, Spirit House Restaurant, Piggy Back, and all the lovely cafes in Woombye, Palmwoods and surrounds. Sunshine Coast Airport (Maroochydore) is 20 minutes away.
The vacation home features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

The house was fantastic, all clean, essentials there in case we forgot anything. We were told where closest shops were and best beaches, parks and other attractions that we might be interested in.The Hosts are wonderful people who we enjoyed talking to and made us feel very welcomed into their property.The place was per friendly, had a pet bed and food container- although we didn't take a pet with us.

Our stay at Ron and Suzie's Holiday home was absolutely exceptional. The home is beautifully maintained and like stepping into a retro haven, while most of the home isn't modern that is part of the charm and it is so clean and well presented. It is spacious for bigger groups and a serene deck to watch the birds and wildlife. I would recommend this stay to anyone heading to the area. Ron was a gracious host and nothing was too much to ask if we needed anything.

We had the best ‘family’ stay at this home! The hosts, Susie & Ron went to great lengths to make sure it was a comfortable & enjoyable holiday by providing little extras, such as a lovely bowl of fresh fruit on the table and milk and essentials in the fridge and pantry . The house is very spacious and very clean. The verandah out the back is the perfect place to sit and relax and take in the views and enjoy the birds singing ! We would highly recommend this holiday letting and will certainly be returning when we can.

Lovley spot for a family exploring the sunshine coast. A short drive to surrounding beaches, tourist destinations. House was Lovey cosy & clean with everything we needed. Loved to sit on the large spacious deck after busy days out and fire up the bbq. Suzie was so kind and ready to help with anything needed.Thank you!
