It includes a Nespresso coffee machine, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings, and offers easy access to serve meals to the bench seats or adjacent dining space.



More options for eating include the chic and comfortable lounge space, complete with Sonos Ultra and Bose soundbars for an enhanced entertainment experience, or the private alfresco terrace, which is accessed through sliding glass doors and opens up uninterrupted views across the Noosa River.

The property also features a secure lock-up garage with remote access for your convenience.



In one direction a short stroll away lie the retailers and restaurants of friendly Gympie Terrace, where the seafood is fresh and the atmosphere friendly. In the other direction, the delights of the area’s central tourist hub soon come into view, from the cosmopolitan vibe, boutiques, shopping and fine dining of Hastings St through to the glorious waters of Noosa Main Beach and the lush eco canopy of Noosa National Park.



This is a self contained property. Linen and bath and beach towels are provided and a washing machine and dryer is available for your convenience.



We provide basic essentials to get you started which includes tea, coffee, serviettes, salt and pepper grinders, dishwashing and laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning spray, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body and hand wash and toilet paper.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and shared access to the pool throughout their stay



The Neighborhood:

Located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast 130km north of Brisbane, Noosaville is a popular retreat for locals and repeat visitors alike. With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, the Noosa River is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing.



Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.



Getting Around:

The nearest Visitor information centres are:

- Noosa Visitor Information Centre (located adjacent to Noosa Heads Surf Club on Hastings Street)

- Sunshine Coast Airport Visitor Information Centre (located at the Sunshine Coast airport)



Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) located in Marcoola is serviced by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Qantas domestically as well Air New Zealand who provide seasonal flight services. Alternatively, Brisbane Airport is both an international and domestic gateway to Queensland with regular transfers to the Sunshine Coast.



ConXion operate door-to-door airport shuttle services from both Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast Airport seven days a week and Niche can also happily provide contact details of preferred private airport transfer companies/drivers upon request.

Rideshare services such as Uber and DiDi as well as taxis are readily available on the Sunshine Coast but can be unreliable later in the evening.



Suncoast Cabs provide taxi services and can be more reliable later in the evening than rideshare services. The best way to order a cab is via the Suncoast Cabs app.



Translink provide the convenience of bus travel all across the Sunshine Coast including Noosaville, Noosa Heads, Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Coolum, Maroochydore and Cooroy.

Travellers will require a Translink 'Go Card' - an electronic ticket for all Translink bus, train (including Airtrain), ferry and tram services in greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast regions which must be purchased and topped up prior to travel. Please note: the ‘Go Noosa Weekends’ initiative offers free travel on weekends on Translink routes 626, 627, 628, 629 and 632 and the ‘Go Noosa Holidays’ initiative offers free travel during Christmas and Easter school holidays on select services including the popular 65 Go Noosa Loop Bus.



A railway line connects the region to Brisbane in the south, and Gympie and beyond, to the north. Transport between Brisbane Airport and the Sunshine Coast can also be accessed via the train to Beerwah, Landsborough or Nambour train stations.
