Situated just meters from Noosa River and Gympie Terrace, 4/12 William Street is a newly refurbished three-storey townhouse that invites you to relax and unwind. Its neutral tones and coastal styling instantly transport you into holiday mode.

The property sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms on the top level. The master bedroom suite is complete with a Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with a rain shower, toilet and vanity unit. The master suite has shared access to a Juliet balcony. The adjoining second bedroom has a Queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and share a large main bathroom with a combined bath shower, vanity and toilet.

The second storey encompasses an open-plan living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 6. The living room seats 4 comfortably by the large SmartTV, with access to a modest study and powder room. Glass doors extend out to the partially undercover outdoor deck making for easy entertaining.
