This stunning contemporary 5 bedroom home is located in one of Noosa’s most sought after locations at Sunshine Beach.
Stepping inside, you will be greeted with a light filled, two level layout with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with enough ample space for two families.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queens and the 3rd with a king single bunk bed, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry and a living/media room. Off the living area and through glass sliding doors, step out onto the large covered deck into the backyard bordering with lush gardens, it truly is a private oasis. With outdoor seating, swimming pool with waterfall feature and a trampoline for the kids – both big and little!
A flight of stairs will take you to the upper level that opens up to the living area and modern kitchen with state of the art appliances including dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Take in those sweeping Noosa Hinterland views on the large deck where you can sit and relax or entertain friends and family with a dinner on the Weber BBQ.
On this level is an additional 2 generous sized bedrooms - the master with a King bed and ensuite including shower and free standing bath and the fifth bedroom consisting of a Queen bed.

A short 3 minute drive will get you to the township of Sunshine Beach with it's pristine beach and abundant boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
