Enjoy the front porch for morning coffee or let the kids run in the backyard. The main level of the home has kitchen, living and dining room while upstairs features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The perfect place to explore and make memories on PEI.
Please note that this is a split-entry home, and there is a long term tenant in the eastern unit of the home, which is closed off from the main house.

Spacious old home in heart of Summerside

Great spot for large family gathering. We enjoyed the spacious, charming old home on a quiet street in the heart of downtown Summerside near the water. The house has lots of light and is tastefully furnished. There are rather minimal furnishings -- no bedside reading lamps, limited dishes and pots and pans, etc. But overall very pleasant.
